What we collect
- Order details — name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone and the items ordered.
- Account details — only if you choose to create an account: email, password hash and saved addresses.
- Support messages — whatever you write to us, kept alongside the related order.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
What we never see
Card numbers never reach this website. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own systems; we receive a confirmation, the last four digits and the authorisation result, and nothing else.
Why we hold it
- To pack, ship and track your order.
- To answer your emails and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations, which require sales records to be kept.
- To detect and stop fraudulent orders.
Who else sees it
Only the parties that have to: the carrier (name, address and phone for delivery), the payment processor (billing details), and our email and hosting providers. None of them may use your details for their own marketing. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Support email is kept for two years. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. We reply within 1 business day and complete the request within 30 days. Any marketing email you opted into carries an unsubscribe link in every message.
Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we delete it if we learn that we have.
